Storage Unit Development.

T&D Storage is an under construction Storage Unit Development located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As the lead civil engineer for this project, I was responsible for providing comprehensive land development services from concept through final approval. Brady’s role included drafting the initial site plan and securing necessary approvals from the City of Oklahoma City’s Public Works Utilities and Drainage Departments.

Key aspects of the project included:

  • Public Utility Design: Brady designed and drafted detailed plans for public utilities, including water and sewer systems, which were submitted and approved by Public Works to meet Oklahoma City’s standards.

  • Grading & Drainage Plans: Brady developed grading and drainage plans to ensure proper site preparation, stormwater management, and compliance with the city’s drainage ordinance. These plans were integral in maintaining the safety and sustainability of the development.

  • Detention Pond Plans & Report: A critical part of the project was designing a Detention Pond to mitigate potential downstream flooding impacts caused by the development. The study was performed to meet Oklahoma City’s requirements for stormwater management and was approved by Public Works.
